NATIONAL FOUNDATION AND UNDP SIGNED THE NEW COOPERATION AGREEMENT TODAY

Cvjetana Plavša-Matić, Director of the National Foundation for Civil Society Development and Louisa Vinton, UN Resident Coordinator and Resident Representative of UNDP in Croatia (United Nations Development Program) signed today the Agreement on cooperation on the project "Program Development of the IMPACT – European Center for Cross-Sector Partnerships".

LAUNCHING OF THE IMPACT BRUSSELS OFFICE

IMPACT Brussels office was launched in October 2009. The National Foundation, the IMPACT – European Center for Cross-Sector Partnerships and the European non-governmental organization European Citizen Action Service (ECAS), initiated the opening of the IMPACT office in Brussels to promote and support linking the CSOs from the South east Europe with the EU organizations and to develop cross-sector partnerships.

IMPACT CENTER INAUGURATION

National Foundation for Civil Society Development has officially inaugurated the IMPACT – European Center for Cross-Sector Partnerships in the facilities of the former military barracks “Franko Lisca” on 16 October 2009. By the Decision of the Croatian Government Committee for State Property Management, the National Foundation has been awarded the facilities of the former military barracks “Franko Lisca” for the purpose of establishing the IMPACT Center. After almost two years of renovations and equipping, the National Foundation has opened the Center to the interested representatives of the public, private and non-profit sectors in the Republic of Croatia and South east Europe.
